He was the Founder member as subscriber to the MOA of SPORTS GOODS EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL ON 22-01-1958 with the help of Govt. of India and was the member of the "SPORTS GOODS SECTIONAL COMMITTEE" under Bureau of Indian Standards for drafting INDIAN STANDARD NUMBER IS 828:1979 Specification for Cricket Bats and Hockey Sticks.
